iptraf-ng

回车后可看到

General interface statistics    通用接口统计
Detailed interface statistics   详细接口统计
statistical breakdowns       统计故障
Lan station monitor         局域网站监视器
Filters               过滤器
configure              配置
about                关于软件
exit                退出

3.详解如下：

IP traffic monitor   IP流量监测

选择第一项

回车后选择自己的网卡

回车后即可看到网卡流量信息

按ESC即可返回

General interface statistics   通用接口统计

Detailed interface statistics   详细接口统计

选择自己的网卡

回车后即可看到数据信息

statistical breakdowns   统计故障

选择第四项，然后by tcp/udp port查看端口连接信息

回车后即可看到对应端口链接的使用率情况
