首先以管理员身份打开命令提示符
然后输入命令：
netsh int tcp set heuristics disabled
回车执行后再输入命令：
netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled
运行后继续输入命令：
netsh int tcp set global rss=enabled
或者是直接运行如下命令重置所有网络设置即可
netsh winsock reset
